Upload Files To the Portal
Digital Files can be uploaded through the Customer Portal. If you are a current customer and not registered for the portal, call us at 50640018751 and we will get your practice registered.
Available File Services:
Oral Arts Costa Rica can receive digital files from all CAD systems available on the market! If you are a new customer who wants to send a new case or digital file, please contact us at cadcam@oralartsdentalcr.com.
Are you currently using an Intra-Oral Scanner? For directions on how to connect your scanner with Oral Arts Costa Rica and for information on how to send us your scan file, simply choose your system from our list below and follow the given instructions.
3Shape
Connecting with Oral Arts Costa Rica: Using 3Shape Communicate, select Oral Arts Costa Rica and a request will be sent directly to our laboratory. Once accepted, we will be able to receive all of your Trios scans.
Sending Your Scan: Submit your scans through 3Shape Communicate and Oral Arts Costa Rica will receive the file via email.
3M ESPE System
Connecting with Oral Arts Costa Rica: The 3M ESPE system gives you two options to add Oral Arts Costa Rica as one of your “Favorite Labs”.
1) Call 3M at 1-800-634-2249 and request to add Oral Arts Costa Rica to your “Favorite Labs” list
2) Select Oral Arts Costa Rica, on the 3M lab list found by logging into your account at https://casemanager.3m.com
Sending Your Scan: Submit scans to the 3M Connection Center and we will receive an email notification in regards to your file.
iTero
Connecting with Oral Arts Costa Rica: When using an iTero System you have two options to add Oral Arts Costa Rica as one of your “Favorite Labs”.
1) Call iTero at 1-800-577-8767 and request to add Oral Arts Costa Rica, to your “Favorite Lab” list.
2) On the Cadent Lab List, search for Oral Arts Costa Rica. Select our laboratory as a “Favorite Lab”.
Sending Your Scan: Submit your scans to Align Technology for margin marking. The scan will arrive at Oral Arts Costa Rica and be approved for production.
Carestream
Sending Your Scan: Because of the open architecture of Carestream Systems, your digital impression can be sent directly to our lab. Save your digital impression files as “.stl” files, and use our Customer Portal or use the DDX system to submit your case digitally.
E4D
Sending Your Scan: Because of the open architecture of E4D Systems, your digital impression can be sent directly to our lab.
Cerec Connection
Connecting with Oral Arts Costa Rica: Add Oral Arts Costa Rica to your list by logging into your account at www.cerec-connect.com and selecting “My Favorite Labs” under the MY ACCOUNT menu on the left side of your screen. Search for us by typing Oral Arts Costa Rica. Once you’ve located our laboratory, check the box next to our name and click ADD.
Sending Your Scan: Submit scans through the Cerec Connect Portal and Oral Arts Costa Rica will receive an email notification in regards to your file.
Planmeca Emerald
Connecting with Oral Arts Costa Rica: Add Oral Arts Costa Rica to your list by logging into your account atwww.cerec-connect.com and selecting “My Favorite Labs” under the MY ACCOUNT menu on the left side of your screen. Search for us by typing Oral Arts Costa Rica.
